Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days, not including weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume or sales this may be extended and notification will be on the site.

*Shipping rates are calculated based upon weight starting at $15 for base shipping up to an order total of $200 or more for free shipping. These are automatic. Shipping should never exceed $29
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes however adult signature is required to pickup the package. APO/FPO Is currently not shippable.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a tracking number sent to your email automatically upon shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Immuna Organics LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Immuna Organics llc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
